the music is rubbish. it doesnt go well with trying to mediate. its horrible. i can’t concentrate because the music is awful. Now if you compare it to : Peace or Serenity or Light. These meditations are totally brilliant. Sr Denise’ voice is soothing and so is the music. Ge back to the soothing music. That works a treat. the latest stuff sounds like slowed down Techno
